What is the NRLC?

The Niagara Regional Labour Council (NRLC) represents thousands of unionized workers across Niagara. Operating under the umbrella of the Canadian Labour Congress, the NRLC promotes social justice, human rights, fair labour laws, safe workplaces, and is an advocate for issues affecting all workers across Niagara. OMERS Board Betrays Plan Members, Eliminates Guaranteed Indexing

Dear OMERS Plan members, CUPE Ontario is profoundly disappointed to report to you that the OMERS Sponsor Corporation Board of Directors has voted in favour of eliminating the guaranteed indexing of your pension for service worked after December 31, 2022.
